During the Safe Ride program - which is only offered on some major holidays and other advertised times - you can receive a free ride home from a restaurant, bar, hotel, or party. A Safe Ride is only free if you are dropped off at your residence. All destination addresses are verified. Ace Taxi is the only transportation company in Cleveland to offer free quotes prior to a service order. To determine the estimated expense of a ride, please call 216-361-4700 and offer your pick up and drop off locations. From there, an Ace Taxi customer service representative will be happy to quote you an estimate for the taxi ride. The quote is determined by the number of miles between the pickup and the drop off location. An Ace Taxi driver may take a different route depending on weather, traffic, and other conditions. Further, all rates are based on the city standard rate . This free quoted rate does not include an 8% Ohio sales tax.
